FIG 0.0 · UPDATES

A NEW badge on the rightbutton.

Your CRM's changelog, written in plain language. We ship, we tell you — and the announcement lands right on the menu item it's about, not in a log nobody reads. Zero noise, an email recap, and Oracle that knows what we've shipped.

FIG 0.1 · FROM COMMIT TO CLIENT

The update starts from the code and reaches you, without intervention.

When a PR closes, a webhook reads its description and publishes the entry only if the developer wrote an opt-in block. Product marketing lives inside the dev workflow, not in a separate chore.

FIG 0.2 · SHIP-LINK

The announcement lights up a gold dot on the menu item it's about.

An entry can target a specific route. Publish on the pipeline → a gold NEW badge lights up on the « Pipeline » item. You visit the page, the badge goes out. The announcement finds you, you don't go looking for it.

vs the others: most products have an isolated changelog or a global « What's new » nobody reads. Here, it's routed all the way to the feature's button.
FIG 0.3 · ZERO NOISE

We publish what concerns you. The rest stays invisible.

Skip by default: an entry appears only if the developer wrote an opt-in block. 99% of internal changes — CI, refactor, infra, lock files — never pollute your changelog. Anti-spam by design.

FIG 0.4 · IN YOUR LANGUAGE

The changelog, written in your language.

« Feature / Fix / Improvement / Announcement », localized dates, descriptions written for users by the developer. Not a translation — native Québécois French, from the title to the email recap.

FIG 0.5 · EMAIL RECAP

The update recap in your inbox — at the frequency you choose.

Opt-in digest weekly or monthly, to stay in the loop without opening the app. Each user turns it on and sets their own frequency.

OffWeeklyMonthly

A single recap, no re-spam: the window and the dedup threshold are distinct per frequency.

Oracle

Did you fix the object address bug?
Oracle
Yes ✓ — fix published June 14: « Object address: unit field » (Fix category).
FIG 0.6 · ASK ORACLE

« Did you ship X? » — your AI reads the changelog and answers.

Oracle, the CRM's text AI, can read and search the changelog. A client asks « did you fix Y? » → Oracle answers with the real entry and its ship date, from any surface (chat, email, SMS). No more digging.

FIG 0.7 · OPEN TO INTEGRATORS

A feed for your power-users, a versioned changelog for your devs.

Public Atom feed and JSON export to subscribe an RSS reader or an internal dashboard. And a separate API changelog that distinguishes breaking / deprecation / security, with a retirement date and a migration guide.

FIG 0.9 · FAQ

Everything about updates.

Automatically from the deployment pipeline: when a PR closes, a webhook reads its description and publishes an entry only if the developer wrote an explicit opt-in block.

It's on purpose. Publishing is strictly opt-in: internal changes (CI, refactor, infra) never show up. Only updates deemed client-visible get published.

An entry can target a specific route. It then lights up a gold dot on the relevant menu item. Visiting the page turns the badge off.

Yes — an opt-in weekly or monthly digest that each user turns on and sets up themselves.

Yes. Oracle reads the changelog and answers « did you ship feature X / fix bug Y? » with the real entry and its date.
