The Oracle network: how to connect entrepreneurs and subcontractors

The Oracle network: how to connect entrepreneurs and subcontractors
FIG 0.1 · LECTURE

In business management, the best tools aren't just software — they're ecosystems. A network of professionals who refer clients to each other, who collaborate on projects, who share capacity when they're overloaded. toncrm.io builds that network through Oracle.

Here's how the Oracle network works and why it represents a real opportunity for the entrepreneurs who take part.

The problem of variable capacity

Every entrepreneur knows this cycle: stretches where you have more work than you can handle, and stretches where your order book is thinner. That's not a sign of failure — it's the cyclical reality of most industries.

The problem is that during the busy stretches, you turn clients away or make them wait too long. Some go to the competition and don't come back. During the slow stretches, you're looking for work while other entrepreneurs near you are overloaded and looking for someone reliable to refer their overflow to.

The Oracle network solves that synchronization problem.

How the network works

When you turn on the Oracle network in your settings, you define your profile: your region, your specialties, your current capacity, and the types of projects you accept or turn down. That profile is visible to the other entrepreneurs in the network who are looking for partners.

Oracle analyzes supply and demand in the network. If an entrepreneur in your field has a project they can't take on (too far away, outside their specialties, too busy), Oracle automatically puts you forward if you match the required profile.

Qualified referrals

The key to the Oracle network is that referrals are qualified. Oracle doesn't send you just any project — it filters based on your criteria: project type, minimum value, region, client type. You only get opportunities that genuinely match what you want to do.

On the other side, when you refer a project to another entrepreneur in the network, Oracle helps you choose the right partner based on their specialties, their availability, and their rating in the network. That's how you protect your reputation with your clients — you refer them to someone reliable.

The network reliability rating

Every entrepreneur in the Oracle network has a reliability rating based on three criteria: the quality of their work (rated by their clients in toncrm.io), their reliability in collaborations with other network members, and their responsiveness to requests.

That rating is visible to the other members of the network. It lets you choose partners with confidence. And it pushes you to keep up a high level of service — because your reputation in the network has real economic value.

Project collaborations

For large projects that need several specialties, the Oracle network makes it possible to form temporary project teams. A general contractor can quickly assemble a complete team — electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter — by choosing from the available members of the network.

Oracle manages the coordination of these project teams: shared calendar, communication, task tracking, and billing. Each subcontractor is paid directly or through the general contractor, depending on the arrangement chosen.

Resource sharing

The Oracle network also enables material resource sharing. An entrepreneur with unused equipment can make it available to other members of the network. An entrepreneur looking for a specific tool for a project can find it in the network instead of buying it or renting it from an outside supplier.

That generates extra income for those who share their resources, and lowers costs for those who access them.

The collective intelligence of the network

Beyond transactions, the Oracle network creates a collective intelligence. When many entrepreneurs in a given field report similar information — about a client who doesn't pay, about a supplier who delivers late, about a regulatory change — Oracle can aggregate that information (anonymously and with consent) to alert the other members.

For example: if several entrepreneurs report that a certain material supplier is consistently late this month, every member of the network doing business with that supplier is alerted automatically.

Joining the network

The Oracle network is available to Business and Enterprise subscribers of toncrm.io. To take part, you turn on the option in your settings and complete your profile. There are no additional fees — it's included in your subscription.

Participation is voluntary. You can define exactly what you share and what you don't. You can turn your presence in the network on and off depending on your availability.

The Oracle network is still being built — the more members there are, the more powerful it becomes. If you're an entrepreneur in Quebec and you want to be part of this community, now is the right time to join.
