We built toncrm.io because no CRM on the market truly met the needs of Quebec entrepreneurs.
The problem
Quebec entrepreneurs use on average 8 to 12 different tools to run their operations: a CRM, invoicing software, an e-signature platform, booking, email marketing, social media, an SMS tool, an automation system, and sometimes an AI service. That adds up to $800 to $1,200 a month in subscriptions, constant double data entry, and information scattered everywhere.

toncrm.io centralizes everything in one place: CRM, pipeline, GST/QST invoicing, e-signature, messaging (SMS, email, WhatsApp), automated workflows and voice AI. All in Quebec French, Law 25 compliant.
Built in Quebec
toncrm.io is developed in Quebec, by a team that understands the reality of local entrepreneurs. GST/QST invoicing isn't a plugin bolted on afterwards — it's at the core of the product. Support is in Quebec French, not France French run through Google Translate.
Security and compliance
TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Sensitive secrets encrypted (email connection tokens, telephony credentials). Encrypted off-site backups. Generalized encryption at rest is rolling out. Continuous security review and automated tests. Compliant with Law 25 (Quebec) and PIPEDA (federal). A privacy impact assessment (PIA) was completed on July 3, 2026 for communications outside Quebec. Our story
toncrm.io was born from a simple observation: Quebec entrepreneurs deserve better than an American CRM hastily translated. In 2025, after watching dozens of small businesses juggle 10+ different tools — and pay a premium for solutions that don't even understand GST/QST — we decided to build the platform we wished we'd had.
Today, toncrm.io replaces more than 20 tools in a single platform: CRM, invoicing, e-signature, booking, marketing, workflows, voice AI and more. All in Quebec French, Law 25 and PIPEDA compliant.
